Refund Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Rest assured that we conduct a thorough quality check on the products before sending out anything. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. We will only cover for replacements, if complaints are received within 7 days after an order is received. We need clear photos and videos that shows the damage, defect or wrong order processed. If proven damaged, defective, or wrong,we will contact the customer to inform them of our return and replacement process.
To expedite the replacement process:
Once you have a complaint on the product received, you need to send us all of the information such as:
 Photo of the item or Video (depending on the product)
 Order number
 Photo of waybill (This will be extremely helpful)
Once you have these, you can simply submit a ticket to us and upload all the information. Please keep in mind that we will only
replace items if it is raised to us within 7 days after receipt of item. If the replacement window has passed, we will not be replacing
the items. Replacement is usually FREE if it is within our window.
Packaging guideline in returning an order:
DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE THE MANUAL, USER GUIDE, SHIPPING LABEL AND INVOICE
ORDINARY ITEMS (clothes, accessories, etc.)
 Place items on a proper packaging. Make sure it can protect your item upon shipping.
TELEVISION, COMPUTER SET AND OTHER ELECTRONIC SET
 Remove the base and any attachment from the item if possible.
 If the item is a monitor, place a cardboard of the same size and tape the four corners along the monitor to protect the
item.
LAPTOP, CAMERA, CELLPHONE, OR ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICE WITH BATTERIES
 Make sure that the battery is attached to it and is turned off.
 If rechargeable or have non-detachable batteries, it should be just turned off.
BOTTLES, ODD AND IRREGULARLY SHAPED ITEMS
 Make sure that the items are in an upright position. Kindly inspect the item and ensure that there is no leak.
 Have the sealing portion taped with additional seal.
 Use an outer plastic packaging such as plastic bag, Ziplock, or any packaging that can contain leaks such as cans and plastic
wares.
 If other kinds of items have sharp edges, it must also be wrapped by tape.
Possible reasons for a rejected return:
 Improper packaging of the item
 Incomplete returned items
 Manual, user guide, original shipping label missing
 Return reason may not be aligned on the explanation
